Hi guys.
Skipping the obvious reply that you can never have enough blades in your life. What is a reasonable and usefull number of blades to have with you on a typical trip to the woods, let say 3-5 days (with you, not in your collection at home). Let's leave the wood processing tools like saws and axes etc out of the question. I'm asking about your belt knifes, neck knifes, pocket knifes, skinning knives, backup knives, throwing knives etc.
I have a 6" custom fixed in the making as my primary bushcraft knife for all camp chores and to assist wood processing. Also a standard mora in the kitchen kit for food processing and as a backup. And there is a blade on my multitool if I manage to loose the two above.
So what is your set of blades that cover your needs?
