There is differences between scandinavians too, even in the different nationalities. Johan of nordic bushcraft pronounces it different from me. And all norwegians I've met say it differently from each other, most often they just use the generic name 'stormkjøkkenet'. With finns I talk english or swedish, and danes, well, danes, hmm, haven't met any in the wild (I don't go to denmark to be out in the wild, I go there to drink beer).
