Hostas - Garden Edible

Learnt something new today... that hostas are edible.

Bit late for me to try the shoots this year but I'll give it a go next year for sure

So like asparagus, but potentially edible when in leaf too.....if you get them before the slugs and snails do....off to see if next door's are in good fettle
