More baking from me. Not particularly bushcrafty but very tasty.
A nice loaf of bread made from rye flour, plain flour and honey.

A couple of tablespoons of honey mixed with warm water. Then dried yeast added. This was left for about 10 minutes until it went all frothy.
The yeasty-honey mix was then poured into a bowl with the flour mix, and the whole lot mixed to make a dough.

Tipped the dough onto a floured board and kneaded it for about 10 minutes until it gave up and began to look like bread. Left this for a while to rise.

Knocked the fluffy dough back and then pressed it into the loaf tin. Then left it to rise again until it looked ready to jump out of the tin.
The tin went in the oven until it looked like this:

Finished product spread with butter

Sounds interesting; looks excellent :D Not as stodgily dense as rye is inclined to be either.

I like oat and honey bread, and beremeal bannock made with honey too

cheers,
M
