At my local pound store, you can get Typhoo instant white tea, one heaped spoon of that and two spoons of sugar is my mix ratio, which goes in a ziplock bag, which means 3 spoons of the mix gives me a brew 
I do the same with Gold Blend, Marvel and sugar, works fine (I don't drink instant coffee, but my lad does and he enjoys the mix).
The milk powder from Lidl is good stuff, great for doing home made muesli mix
