Holiday whittling

My friends sit with a book in the mornings while we're holidaying but I like to whittle while I have my coffee.

I took a rough axed billet of cherry with me and then from that point on just slowly removed the bits that didn't suit with a knife or two.

Oh and stale baguettes are good for practice too!!!

Cherry is a tough wood to carve but worth it. The smell is great too!
