Hobbit House

They do seem to be a bit of a pointless shape and as Toddy pointed out, they're not laid in a very sympathetic fashion - far too regimented. Tucked away in a woody glen these would be lovely but laid out in what looks like a carpark, they're an eyesore.

This is what I think of when someone says "Hobbit House":

On private land somewhere in the midlands. It was built by an artist as "stables" but planners stopped it so the artist upped and left.

Glamping, like all forms of outdoorsy living has its place, if it's not for you, don't do it, but condemning it to the hells of mordor seems a touch harsh!
