I think you can watch previous episodes On Demand

https://www.questtv.co.uk/video although i can't get it to work being a bear of very little brain.

Some interesting stuff. The credits rushed past me but I think its Canadian made?

If it's Canadian-produced, it sure ain't home cookin', judging by the episode content.
Better yet, the video is restricted, I can't watch so will check out my TV guide later on.
I have a satellite RCVR, still don't know how many channels I get but it keeps my company happy.

"How It's Made" is a CDN production. The film crew must have an absolutely wild time shooting the raw footage.

As a general rule, the production series that we see from the UK have far better values that anything else.

Recently, one series focused in medieval living. The episodes were so densely written
and so visually packed that watching reruns was essential to catch what all they were doing.

You see, we never had "medieval living" in North America. No Chalcolithic Age, no Bronze Age.
This whole place jumped from the paleo Stone Age into 17th Century European, by the boat load.
