1plywood diy and a blackwidow
i was thinking fishfish's bands for the ply, and i dont know what for the black widow

Theraband is good (flat or tubes) but its not the only solution. You can get latex flatbands from the States from various suppliers on the site above. They are good for either the Widow or your ply catty.

Square elastic from Bells of Hythe might be worth considering - plenty of folk over here like square elastic and its good for hunting. Not keen on it myself - but its all down to personal preference.
Good hunting with whatever you choose.

ok but how long can you expect them to last, i got about 100-200 shots out of mine, (the first set i got about 30 out of, then had them replaced)
before they start showing rips
