Help With Photo Upload

I cannot get images uploaded here some please set me right?

are you trying to hot link to a picture you have on an outside server or are you trying to upload to the gallery?

trying to post in the thread. the IMG will not recognize a pic from file, so how can I get them up here on the thread?
