Hello Everyone!

Im an old school English born, Canadian raised Woodsman (Bushcrafter), back living in the UK now for the past 14yrs. I have been a woodsman since I was knee high to a grasshopper! I grew up next to a native indian reserve in northern Ontario, Canada and started learning "Bushcraft" from 4yrs old, I spent most of my life in the forest and even went in once with just my pack and survived for 3 months deep in the Algonquin forest. Best time and memories of my life!!!

I am a Construction Manager by trade in Central London and thought I was alone in my pursuit of all things survival until i found this website! Glad to be on board!!

Hello Guys,

Thanks for all your welcomes! I have learned the hard way about the lack of open spaces here! It's not that England doesnt have the space, the forests here are beautiful! They are just toooooo controlled! I have however, found a few places where I can camp wild! One in Snowdonia with semi permission and a couple of really good overnight spots around Dagenham, unfortunately the Dagenham ones are all without any formal permission so i will have to keep them a secret!
