Just joined this nice place, and wanted to introduce myself.
I live on a smallholding near Folkestone, surrounded by woodlands etc, in the middle of nowhere.
Been a fourager since I care to remember.
My Mrs is Russian and she still has a place out there in the vast wilderness, she is far more knowledgeable than me on foraging and I still learn new things from her.
So maybe we can help each other on here.
