hello from Halifax

i've been finding my way around before introducing myself.

I'm Alex living in Halifax, West Yorkshire and I like being outside in the natural world. Even when it's cold and wet

Don't have much time to do bushcraft as I have two small children and a house to tidy up and sell.

I'm mainly interested in relearning and developing knife and axe skills I learnt a long time ago and really learning how to work with wood. Living comfortably with as little as possible is also a big ambition of mine.

I'm looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge around here and then trying it out!

Don't bother...the Crags area is owned by NT and they always say no.

The Scout site is just for Scouts with no exceptions!
