Hi!

I'd welcome some advice from you folks, I have several of these in my garden and I was wondering what they are and if they are safe to eat, as they look quite yummy!

Be careful though, shaggy parasols cause gastric upsets if improperly cooked and always in some people.

The colour change when cut distinguishes the shaggy from the plain parasol. If plain parasol there is far less risk of gastric upset.
