Recently I have been picking raspberries, tayberries and cherries to add to Gin and also to Brandy. poured a little fruit into clean jam jars, added a few teaspoons of sugar (each is about 5g of sugar, so about 20-30g) and topped up with alcohol. My attempts have been mainly guesswork, but hopefully I will find 'Delia' style recipe that works without fail!
but I was wondering what other mixtures people have come up with?
and what tips they would give to people trying it out for the first time?
basically pooling together a list of recipes for everyone!
any help is appreciated (as I have a few empty jars to fill!)
