you could try Tim Gunn on BB, he occasionally builds electric HT furnaces for people. I don't know of any off-the-shelf ones though, I think some people buy Paragon kilns from foreign parts.
I built mine using a 45,000 btu forge burner, a steel drum and some refractory blanket. I had to go gas on account of being off grid for the leccy
Evenheat and Paragon both have distributors in the UK, they make purpose built knife kilns but like most kilns can be pricy. You also need liquid nitrogen or dry ice to temper RWL 34
