Whilst watching Big Cat Live earlier on BBC1 (which is being filmed in the Masai Mara), they were talking to a local guide / tracker they are using who is a Masai Warrior called Jackson.
Anyway, they made reference to talking to him later in the week about his tracking & bushcraft skills - didn't specifically say when, but thought some of you may like to know.
The scenery & animals are amazing, as is the knowledge about the wilderness. Its nice to see the inclusion of the locals and their views on conservation, the preservation of their way of life and the general ethos about the 'circle of life' in the wilderness and not interfering with it.
