Head Torch Help

Hi,

I was working with a group the other week and part of the activity involved a walk into a hut site in the dark.

One of the clients had a head torch with a red LED at the rear which I thought was pretty useful. Especially for following some one up a steep bush trail at night....

I meant to ask them what the brand or model was but never got round to it. I've had a bit of a look at some of the usual head torch suspects Petzl, Black Diamond etc but I've not seen any with a rear LED..

Does anyone have any ideas what make and model might have a read red LED....

My mate Mark has a petzle with a red light on the battpack at the rear, will email him and find out what one. Its probably an older model though he's stuck in his D of E days.

Turns out it is a lenser h5 that GE has, he may have joined this decade after all!

Could be a Petzl signal ? Iv'e got one , it clips on to your existing headtorch strap, or you can clip it on your belt , collar etc. Baterries last for ages. There is one on ebay.

Thanks... I thought of the signal but this was an integrated led.
