One of the reasons my heat sinks as winter begins to wain is pollen.
This afternoon something got all exited about seeing some sun and decided to try and reproduce, giving me a nose like a tap, sneezing fits lasting for minutes on end, sore eyes and sinuses of fire.

Anybody else feeling it this early?
Any ideas what the culprit might be?

And any ideas for anything herbal that might work because I want to try something other than spending ponds on cetirizine and lorotadine for the next 8 months.

Cheers folks.

When it gets bad go the docs and ask for the proper antihistimines. Not the over the counter jobbies but the horse sized pills. Work wonders.

It's started for me, as well, and it's usually Birch pollen that gets me...............I use chlorphenamine, and it keeps it somewhere near for me.

Over the counter this is Piriton and it's expensive but it's out of patent so if you ask the pharmacist for Chlorphenamine it's as cheap as chips;
beware though, it makes some people drowsy.......................
