Anyone fancy doing a tutorial on making knives with a hidden tang like these:

sorry i don't know the proper name. Fancy making one, 'cos my mum's neigbour can make me a sheath, or i could do it myself. Is it hard? i have no previous experience of this sort of thing, but i'd like to have a go cos you have to try to get experienced, but i don't want to try something that's really hard and will put me off if/when i bugger it up.

My first advice is dont buy from that shop, as I think you can get the blades cheaper from Brisa or Attleborough.

Secondly, check out British Blades, theres a link on the BCUK forums list. They have tutorials on full tang, hidden tang and stick tang. Look in the tutorials archive or the hints and tips section.
