Posting to Ireland

I have sold many knives to the USA, all marked on customs as Pocket Knives without issue to date.

A member has purchased a knife from me, SAK, and would like me to send it to Ireland but marked on customs as Sharpened Return.

Can I legally sell a SAK to Ireland with the onus being on the purchaser - I don't want to break any laws.

The Member cancelled - the postage was another £10 extra than the UK. It's all good it is back up for sale.

Yes had a right ballache posting a knife blank, it went walkabout and the returned to me.

I have posted to Northern Ireland plenty and no issues yet

Heard similar from others, seems it's a lottery. At least yours came back.
