I would recommend the the DD hammock with the attached mozzie net definately, and there are loads of tarps at that price around from basic builders tarps to bashas and hootchies, but have a think about buying a couple of IPK sets and sewing the sheets together and adding a few tapes for slinging. 2 kits will cost around 6 - 8 quid and you get loads of pegs and a load of nylon cordage with them. Just a suggestion to think about.

Im intreseted in getting the DD Camping Hammock, is this the best for the money?

And is it safe buying a used one?

Also are there any tarps for around£20?

There are a few places that do tarps, never used any of them myself, I've made my own, but Decathlon do a Tarp plus poles for 20 quid, so if you have one near you go in and have a look..

I had one of the early DD Hammocks without a built In Mozzie net and It was great, shame some little wank*r stole It!

DD travel hammock has the thumbs up from me. Decathlon do a tarp for £20 as mentioned before and that does for me too. Poles and guys included in the bag as well. Wll worth the money imo. :D
