Does anybody know if the Haglofs LK50 has the waist trap, also are all LK50 stamped Haglofs in the lid?

Reason I ask is I've just bought one off evilbay advertised as a 50 liter rucksack but I'm sure it's the LK35 as there's no stamp and it's nowhere near 50 liters.

Thanks

Stingy.

Just having a quick look at the finished sales of Swedish rucksacks and It looks like a lot of LK35's are being listed as 50 litres, 1 even lists the approximate dimensions as 19*14*8 which comes out at just shy of 35 litres

Belt on the 70 and, I believe, some of the specialist variants of the 35s ~ but belts could be swapped from pack to pack. 50s didn't come with a belt as standard but should have the three crowns and haglof marked inside the lid. Part of the capacity comes from the 50s angled lid design ~ with the lid full down I reckon the capacity to be more like 40L ;)

If it looks like the pic below then it's likely a 50 ;)

It looks exactly like that but there's no Haglofs stamp in the lid so I'm a bit dubious.

The marking in mine isn't too obvious ~ so much so that it took many months to even notice it tucked away  . I can try to take a pic if it might help?
It's also possible that the mark either didn't take, took badly or has rubbed away :dunno:

Might be worth looking at this thread and also this one.

There is no 50 LK. There was a 50 litre bag that looked like a hybrid between 35 LK and 70 LK, but it's very short in the back to be worn over a back pouch on the LBE at the time. That pack predates both the 35LK and 70LK by at least a decade, probably more. It was made by haglöfs and Sacci, as was 35LK and 70LK. And yes, LK goes in the end. It stands for litres complete (complete being komplett in Swedish). A lot of swedes military personel, even officers makes the slight mistake of saying LK35 so it's okay.
