Needlecraft isn't really my forte, but I had some time to kill and fancied trying my hand at something new.
After dithering about which kind of pouch to add to the LK35, I decided that adding some PALS style webbing might be the most versatile option. I ordered two of these https://www.militarykit.com/products/mil-tec-large-molle-utility-pouch-olive - not the best quality, but hopefully big enough and relatively cheap.
I used a Speedystitcher with a small needle and some waxed nylon thread to attach 3 strips of webbing either side, adhering (to the best of my ability) to PALS dimensions.
They're undoubtedly wonky but straight enough to accept MOLLE straps.
Here's the finished article.
