ASMR,Autonomous sensory meridian response. There’s specific sounds/tingles that can give you a braingasm.
Walking on leaves, camp fire, wood carving to name a few work for me when my brain is racing.
Oddly enough, I was watching one of his woodworking vids a few weeks ago and my wife and daughter didn't immediately want something else on.
