Where do you get youre Green wood?? This might sound like a silly question, obviously the wood needs to come from a living or freshly cut tree or at least be unseasoned, I dont mind taking the odd limb and tidying the cut up but I want to make another Kuksa and dont feel I ought to cut down a section of tree large enough for the job. Ive completed my first Kuksa and used a lump of Chestnut that had been felled and probably sat around for months if not years. Im pleased with the results but my hands are blistered and my tools blunt.
