While at this year's Bushmoot for a few days I wore an older Swedish army surplus shirt (M55 I believe) and a few people asked me about it. Since I am terrible with names I thought it best if I share here where your can get the shirts from. I got mine from Military Mart however, I know of at least one other site that sells them direct from Sweden along with other quality gear you don't tend to see over here.

The Swedish site also has in depth information on the unusual Swedish military sizing so you can find out just what that C56 in a pair of trousers means.

Actually, the B-, C- & D- sizes are normal (civilian) sizing for men's trousers. The height/weight (eg 168/75) system is the military one. :)

The more you know! To us non-Swedes however, it's still a little confusing without the charts on that website.

Definitely, I don't doubt that at all. There are probably lots of Swedes who'd need the chart too.
Other countries' sizing systems are usually confusing anyway.

Just for info, I bought one in large, one of the unissued ones. It's way too tight for me, and I'm not even large. Madam, who takes a size 8 dress, rather likes it with a belt over jeans. So it's going in some black Dylon.

The fit is slim, but long.
