I ordered a Exped Mat and upon its arrival inflated it to give it the once over.
There was a fault and I contacted the store.
In less than 12 hours a courier was dispatched and the mat returned.
12 hours from that, my mat was checked and a replacement dispatched.
It should be with me by tomorrow's post.
Now that is Service.
