Anyone tried using this thing, to search for woodland for sale?

It says if you can find land, which is redundant and could be put to better use, individuals have a right to contest, and tell the government, that they could use that land for better benefit. Economic or otherwise. They want you to do this. So its put to better use.

I mean, in theory you could wangle the land for yourself, and have a few meets a year, charge a fiver per head...:thinkerg:

There is some lsnd in central London that can be used more usefully than today. The Parliament building sits on it.

On that web site it seems most places in the South East have to do with old railways.
