Hi,
i was reading thread about ticks....
The Swedish army are famous for using garlic to stop ticks biting, you have to eat 2 or 3 finely chopped raw cloves a week for it to work,
and it does!
I know it can make you stinky but its well worth it.
My little girl got bitten a couple of years ago and got Lyme disease,it had the classic red ring rash spreading outwards,i remember it affected her hearing for a while. The doctor recognised it straight away and prescribed oral antibiotics, all symtoms dissapeared after about a week.
