Can anyone recommend a good book for bow making, i've never made a bow before so i'm looking for one that explains everything. A section about flax spinning would be handy too but i'm too fussy

When you get through that try the Traditional Bowyers Bible (AKA TBB). It's less practical and gives you a lot of background and theory. Costs about 100GBP for all three volumes though

I have an idea I may have paid that much each, also paperbacks about 6 years ago.
