Yep pleased! The workshop of this chap who died was full of tools and stuff and we were told to have anything we wanted! Some great stuff in there and lots of engineering tools, machinery and bits and bobs.
While having a cursory rummage today I spotted these knives. Some amazing stuff but it's such a shame that they were once someone's pride and joys and now just cast aside by the relatives as junk!!!
I had one exactly the same as the larger of those two - my uncle bought it for me sometime around 1976. It's still in my mother's house somewhere. I don't have any other information about it though sorry.
Mine got properly put through the wringer - I must have made a thousand pointed sticks with it as a lad!
