Fantastic weekend, really enjoyed it. A big thanks to everyone for making it such a great meet especially Dave for organising and Riam and the guys for putting on the forge in the field. The site was beautiful, all the Bluebells out in force.

Hi guys,

Thank you for a great weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great to meet you all. I think I might stay away from the gin next time.... I mean rum. Sorry for the bad jokes :) Below is a small collection of images that were captured by my portable communications device. Unfortunately said device is terrible in low light conditions so no photos of the group :( Oh and I found my spoon in the end :D

This is dawn on Saturday morning. Time for bed.

Hi, all.

Sorry I couldn't make it back, but I still can't find my sleeping bag. Sounds like you all had a good night.
Thanks, Dave for sorting out my hammock, just a shame I didn't get chance to use it. See you all next time.

Sharon

As always that was a very good camp. Giants seat is geting to be one of the best. I made a lot of new friends which is always a bonus. I learnd a lot of new skills like tempering and it was good to to see you all. The forging went very well and every one worked hard to make it happen. My arms feel like they will soon fall off, so for tonite i will just say thanks Dave Bromley for the camp and help and thanks to gray for his kindness and thanks to mad dave for the amazing biltong and thanks to everyone for another amazing camp :You_Rock_ ...

Great meet guys.. Shame I had to jib off to work for a lot of it, but still made some good mates and had a good banter. Here's to the next instalment. :D

What a brilliant weekend, met so many good people and learnt loads of new stuff!!! Looking forward to the next meet, and all Riam's talking has got me daydreaming of canoes lol.
