Both species have scales on the cap.
From Buczacki:
S. aeroginosa "often with +- woolly white scales"
S. caerulea "often initially with white woolly scales"
They are very hard to tell apart, especially from a photo. Needs microscopy, and even then it's not easy. Habitat is slightly different. Caerulea grows on "organic/mulched soil", aeruginosa on "soil among trees, garden, woodland, parkland".
