Gaz my lack of fungi knowledge is embarassing I've been on a couple of fungal forays in the past at Chatelherault. We could ask Mike if he'd organise another ?

Yes, all of them are edible. The orange ones are velvet shanks, the grey ones are oyster mushrooms and the cream ones are either trooping funnel or giant funnel.

I'd be up for a fungi foray- I'm standing far too often in front of some wild mushrooms wondering if they're edible or not

Uhuh, I know better than that now
"Just fry them up, they're really good." said a friend a loooooong time ago.
So I did, and successfully exploded them all over the inside of the porch of my tent
Either slice them finely or dry them first
