Frost River, a visit

Herself and I visited Duluth yesterday, and we made a stop at Frost River. I have several of their packs, as does Herself, but I'd never taken the time to actually visit the brick and mortar store. It was certainly an exciting visit; there were a lot of packs, and all of them calling my name.

Their stuff looks great, but the shipping they charge is crazy!

Great company, wonderful products and they fully subscribe to the general, US, commercial ethos of outstanding customer service.

They were quite happy to modify a Nessmuk pack, to my own specifications (consulting me by email, through every stage of the process), at minimal extra charge and, whilst I agree with Hibrion that postage was steep, I received an heirloom quality item.

I envy you the visit Haggis (although my wallet doesn't!), thanks for the pics.
