In order to avoid the original orientation issue I have decided to just wear bicorn hats.
This introduces the problem of wearing fore and aft verses athwartships.

Edit... After going through every word beginning with H in the Britannica Dictionary... there is one word, just one, that Starts with H and is not Followed by a Vowel... 'Hypothesis' Which upon further investigation is actually Greek (same spelling) but it was listed in the below link. (Hymn was not)
Seems the Welsh view Y as a vowel based on previous replies too.. Maybe even an L too based on how fond they are of it :p
