As above - the Parang XL has been used to clear out this years Buddlea - and well, so the edge is not perfect by any stretch. It is VERY fine and waaay more of a Parang than a Golok so if you fancy heavy chopping this ain't for you. It's 12c27 3mm at the spine down to fine slicer at the edge.
I cut some Tufnol scales (not drilled or shaped) which I'll throw in if anyone wants them with it. The sheath is great, but I replaced the black press stud when it came off with a brass one - this WON'T come off unless you really want it to.
£45 all in
Gerber is a belter but since I got my big Claycombe just doesn't come out to play. Black sheath which I always meant to upgrade but never did. Imade it silly sharp of course and it's yours for £35 all in.
If either of these go overseas it's at cost.
