Foraging in South Wales

Is there anyone in south wales that knows about wild edibles?
I know the absolute basics but am really eager to know more and wondered if anyone close would like show me whats safe to eat and whats not.
I've done a lot of research online and in books but there is nothing that can beat first hand knowledge.

I am in Haverfordwest but will be up in clunderwen a lot in the next few months. Would you be willing to take me out foraging one day and teach me a few things. I know the absolute minimum but I'm willing to learn.
