I am pondering getting a small folding fire box for use on lowland campsites that permit BBQ's but don't permit ground fires. So far This one is looking to have the nice balance of size/price/function/weight.

Has anyone else got any experience of such devices?

Thanks

If your solo cooking ......maybe......but what's on the grill looks like a starter for one ......

Maybe a tad small, if your on a campsite , then your already clamping :D so imho .....at least have one yer can do a full spread on . I've seen bigger disposable ones .....that can be Re used and have stands .
Seems a whack o brass to have to cook in two stages .....

According to the spec sheet, it's 1' x 1' which is about the same size as my grill at home. I only need to cook for 1-2 people, more often 1 than 2.
