If anyone is interested in flint pieces for fire lighting my garden is full of the stuff. As I just pile it up around the edge of the vegetable beds at the moment, it is available for any offers or with a good sob story free for the taking, postage to be arranged.
Most of the pieces are a deep blue black and can range in size from an inch or so to 4-5 inches, they produce a good spark with carbon steel. There may be a few chunks suitable for knapping but as it is surface stuff I'm not so sure.
