Yesterday I dug up a few fairly large flints from some fence post holes, from about 18 inches to 2 foot down. They are average about 4 inches long each. The biggest is about 6 inches long. It is mainly mid grey colored. Its of no use to me but might be of use for fire striking or knapping? Here is a picture.

Would be interested to swap for a nice little carbon steel blade (pref 3 inch tang-lauri or similar I would like to have a crack at making a knife
