Hi all,

I can't decide between the Montt jacket and layer up for winter or to go straight for the Greenland Winter jacket?

Has anyone any experience of either jacket? I'm not sure if the Greenland Winter will be a little to hot for the mild winters we seem to get.

Cheers

Would go for the montt+a layer. It's seems like a great jacket, though I've only tried it in a store. The winter greenland jacket is mostly aimed at suburban popkids, at least here they all wear it.

Personally I never use an insulated shelljacket for outdoor activities, never needed it either. Use insulated stuff or an extra layer for breaks and camp instead.

The montt jacket is the next thing on my to-buy list, after some new boots.
