I want to go spinning for bass, and I've forgot when to, I think it's getting to late now, but I haven't been fishing with my father in ages, I have several good lures, I've had them for a while, and I've caught with them before, anyway for bass when is the best time to go? is it something like 1 hour after the tide is full out so all the fish are coming back to the estuary?

Thanks for the replies, my father thought me alot about fishing, just I forgot it all, and many said he's a good fisherman. My father even used to use a multiplier for spinning, very hard, but when you get used to it, it's it brilliant.

Thanks guys!

I take it you're not talking about Largemouth Bass?

I've known them simply as bass, they are just silver with spikes lol, anyway I don't think they are large mouth, I'm going fishing in Loughor estuary.

Btw I just look through my tackle bag, and I have a good condition Intrepid Sea Strek, they are from the 60's, I wonder if I'll get any money for it. If I try to sell it.

Well anyway can't wait to go, last time I caught I got a 3.3ib bass. On peeler crab.

Intrepid 'Sea Squeek' might get you 50p from a collector. The Intrepid factory was only down the road from me,they used to use a scrap metal merchant a few doors up.I remember coming across a huge load of alloy rod butts with a rubber/plastic handle attatched, they made amazing gaff handles :)

I've seen these reels being sold for £30+ in god condition, but mine is OK.
