Our 14 year old daughter Jojo seems to be joining in with the current family knife obsession, last week she bought a couple of SAK and a leatherman off ebay and promptly made paracord dangly things for them. This week she has learned hand sharpening and is offering a sharpening service for all the village kids penknives.
Last night she decided to do a sheath, read Tvivdr's scandi tutorial on BB and made a lovely sheath for one of my moded Frosts 106's, this morning she painted it with a natural earth pigment from Sweden. I think it came out well. I know I won't be making any more sheaths, it took her half the time it takes me and it came out better than mine too.
It came out left handed by mistake, but none of us wear sheaths on the belt anyway so not such a big problem.
