first knife

used linsead oil to seal handle

And for the liners?

Lot of time in the file work, something I have never attempted.

when i put the handles on i used a smaller peice of wood in between the handles then once the outer scales were in place with the pins / glue i filled the gap with wood filler aswell as in between the file work then oiled it .. it turned out quite well

my next knife i make will be the same bushcraft style / shape but im gonna use 3 mm steel instead of 4mm and im thinking of adding a gut hook on the front of the blade and taking the file work right round the intire knife ( apart from the bevels
