First attempt at knife making! (Pics)

Hi,

So had a go at forging a knife and also stock removal. The forging metal was from a bearing and the stock was a piece of 3mm O1 I got from beneath the stars.

Bear in mind, this is my first go, but any feedback is welcome

I have ground down both knives now with bevels (one is based on hillbills eagle) I hope the're not too thin and won't crack during heat treat anyway to pictures!

As an after note, the nessmuk style knife naturally curved up so I thought I would just run with it!

Me too! Because I'm grinding free hand, I hope I don't mess it up! Iv marked out a middle line, but fingers crossed!
