Brought it last week and it isn't really what I thought I was buying, Got the idea from a Andrew Price youtube video looked cool but not for me.

I've looked at the link but can't really see how things are stored in this? Is it a pouch that opens or what?

there's Elastic loops that hold the item's or you could just put a small kit into it and the Tourniquet is held in the lower removeable elastic tube section.
I'll put a link in with the youtube video.

It's about 3 qtr's through.
