Firesteel clip?

Hi All,

Does anybody know anything about that clip that RM was using in Bushcraft Survival Series 2?

AKAIK it's a common device called a 'French clip'. As to where to get one, a cobbler's may be worth a try, also I believe they are used on some 'tennis racket' style landing nets used by wading game anglers, so a fishing supplier might help.

yeah - i used one on my mora sheath

you can just about see it in the lower right of the pic - i have taken the rings off though.

Guys,

I've used one in the past and have found them prone to failure, resulting in the loss of whatever is hanging on it. Maybe I was unlucky, but it wasn't a particularly cheap one, so beware.
