Finished flea market bowl

Hello finished a flea market find. Don't worry nothing old got destroyed . An unused and unfinished machine turned bowl from curly birch. Sanded it and finished it with linseed oil and beeswax.

And of course, two really comparable before and after pictures ...

I think that the dish is an easy testament to your judgement of the wood. Very clever.
You learn the wood, you can seize the opportunity as you see it.
Your result is a fine proof. I'd be pleased to see that on my table (and I'm fussy.)

Thanks I was lucky to find that piece. I can turn it around and watch the grain, almost like fire .
